Cool data. And...here's a little wrench to throw into it: I independently published my essay originally, and it was picked up by Human Parts a week or two later. Which means, views went up by the time HP featured it, two weeks after its original publication. It would be interesting to see when people originally published and if they were picked up by a big publication later and how that affected their views. (Not that I'm suggesting that - that would be a CRAZY amount of work. Just would be interesting to know.)
