Did you know that our brains are actually NOT different? There is emerging research that proves this and has revealed something that’s been labeled “neurosexism” — which is exactly what it sounds like. (Here’s an article about it: https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-019-00677-x)

That’s at the foundation of what I would like to point out here: that we are hyper-conditioned to believe that the genders are so different. Yet, we are not. Men aren’t logical to the point of emotional incompetence — we just teach them they are. So this whole dynamic that is destroying men’s mental health doesn’t have to exist. There’s no actual reason for it except for cultural conditioning.

But…now we have to find out how to fight against the cultural conditioning.
