First of all, seeing all those pumpkins made me so happy. I love this time of year so much.

Secondly, I'm sorry you have been targeted by those men. It is, indeed, awful. Every single day, when I see comments from men, I can feel cortisol surging through my body. I go into immediate fight or flight. I did the same when I first saw the notice that I was tagged in your article, but then I remembered I know your work and felt it would be safe to read it.

It breaks my heart and makes me so sad that so many men are so entrenched in these biases. And I will NEVER not be shocked by how many men think it's okay to abuse me or that I deserve abuse because I'm not attractive. I've heard that from so many of them my entire life and no matter how many times I hear it, it floors me how blind they are to their own cruelty.

Anyways...I shouldn't go on because it's hard to pull out of the nosedives that those comments can cause. Carry on with those pumpkins!
