HELLZ YES.

About two weeks ago, I started following someone on Instagram who I thought was a minimalist blogger. I just found out today she is a born-again Christian who voted for Trump.

Before I unfollowed, I scanned through the comments. A Christian woman in England voiced her concern that American Christians were supporting this man, who a normal person would identify as "the embodiment of the seven deadly sins" (her words).

The blogger responded by saying "I don't vote for personalities. I vote for values."

I sat there, dumbfounded - how do you separate how someone behaves from the values they SAY they have but do not demonstrate?????? WTF kind of disociation is that?!

Two other women came to her defense, saying there is "no proof" that Trump is racist or sexist. Again...what the actual fuck?! What proof are they waiting for? His own words and actions don't give them enough evidence?

All I could think was: This is how they justified voting for him. Not just them but probably lots of people like them.

I don't even have the words...
