Hmmm. I’m not sure I understand that, entirely. I understand that passion cannot exist all the time. But my point is mostly that I see so much apathy in relationships and have experienced so many apathetic partners that it astounds me. I mean, there’s NO passion except in the bedroom. I have so much passion in me for the world, for my friends, for my family, etc. I long to meet someone in a romantic relationship who can give me even a little of that back, rather than apathetic partners who don’t seem to want to be in a relationship, at all, except for the sex.

I’m not sure I understand why passion would prevent people from being together. I’m interested to hear more if you want to elaborate. Thanks!
