I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO proud of you for doing this! Way to go! We are all beautiful. We’ve just been taught not to believe that.

I’m struggling with that a lot today for a lot of reasons. And honestly, I need to do another session, but at the end of winter, I’m feeling not so great about my appearance.
