I bawled through this entire piece. First of all, I'm so sorry for what you experienced. Secondly, I relate to most of this - certainly the perpetually single part. I literally just wrote TWO articles about the fact that I'm almost 45 and no man ever gave me flowers before! One article I published on it yesterday and I'll be posting the other one next week. My god! No flowers?! WTF?
