I can relate to this. I’ve always had periods so painful, I wouldn’t be able to function for at least one day a week. I had surgery for it — no help. In my late thirties, I also started losing buckets of blood with each period. And then around 41, it went back to normal.

Now I’m 43 and my cycle is just a tad irregular and…I am cherishing every messy, painful period I have. These are the last 5–8 years, probably, that I will have it. ❤
