I cannot imagine how hard this is. I've been helping my niece with her schooling - she's in 1st grade - and it's a nightmare. Distance learning for 1st graders?! Good god. She's actually quite good at it - one of the few kids I know who has a rock-solid attention span. But the other kids in her class are barely following along. I hate teaching 1st grade in PERSON, and I can only imagine how hard this is for her teacher doing it online. Yikes.
