I don't have an answer. My experience is that even if my anger is incredibly reasonable and tempered, I find that others - particularly men - judge it, become defensive, and often will not engage. I believe that that is simply because we do not respect female anger in this culture.
All I know is to keep embracing my own anger. To keep insisting on talking about it and NORMALIZING it. I will insist that this is a normal experience and that we have the right to express it, just as men do. And I make sure to talk about all of that when I'm NOT angry, too.
