I feel this so deeply. I have spent my life finding out that men with less experience and less education made 2-4x as much as I did in the same positions. I'm still livid about it.

And it makes me furious to know that this is double for Black women, due to the race component. Wouldn't it be amazing if we tipped the hierarchy upside-down while attaching the current income standards to the new arrangement? Back payments have come due!
