I have heard this many times and I agree that Gen Z will not put up with this. I hope it doesn't take that see change - the tipping point has come and gone many times. It is long past time we address this immediately and make the workplace safe for everyone. Cultural competency, anti-racism, etc. has to be at the forefront of every workplace from now on. The days of expendable employees are over and those who can't see that are ultimately the ones who are going to end up getting pushed out. Bravo!
