I have so much to say about this and not enough time. So I'll say that I can relate. For sure. Like, a lot.

And erotica is tough - I love writing it, but I've only ever published ONE THING because it's so personal to me. Believe it not, it feels more personal than what I write about my own sex life.

Anyways, forgive the unasked-for feedback, but just go for it. Don't worry about all those doubts about what people will think. And don't worry about not being perceived as a feminist. Gah, I have SO MUCH TO SAY about that, but no time! LOL.
