I love that you have the perspective of having lived in another culture. That can be so eye-opening. I have friends from different countries and they are SO chill about the female body — practically indifferent. It’s a huge wake-up call about how we teach Americans such a different and dangerous perspective.

And also, I can understand that it might be hard to navigate how to look at a woman when one is becoming aware of the male gaze. There’s a lot to unpack and figure out there.
