What I called out as gaslighting was this: “Anger has been labeled as ‘toxic’ and “abusive.” Anger won’t get us anywhere because no one wants to be around an angry woman. Anger is a sign that we are ‘stuck in the past,’ haven’t ‘made enough space in our hearts for love,’ or that we’re lost in a state of judgment and need to get back to our ‘natural state of love.’”

I don’t think forgiveness is gaslighting.
