I never said anything about all men being stupid. Please consider this: you don't have to read misandry into my commentary about the patriarchy. If it doesn't apply to you, rest assured, I'm not calling you out. But the fact of the matter is, we are living in a world that protects and amplifies the white male agenda above all else and we cannot be shy about addressing that and demanding equality. That doesn't mean I think all men are stupid (or assholes, or whatever). I think you might instinctively know that about me being as you continue to engage with my writing despite the fact that it sometimes makes you uncomfortable. I appreciate that you are facing that feeling and listening, anyways, even if you don't always agree. Again, that's evidence that you are not one of the men I'm talking about here.
