I spent an egregious amount of time watching the news yesterday and crying. All I could think was: This won't even matter tomorrow. None of these people will be prosecuted. None of them will face consequences for their actions. The president will still be in office, even after this BLATANT attempt at a coup. He will still have access to his social media accounts (well, Facebook suspended him for two weeks, but too fucking little too late, and he deserves to be banned, not suspended). I mean...I honestly don't know where to go from here. What will it take to change the system? I don't have the words...
