I struggle with this, as well. I know I will never fully get it and so I worry about saying anything. I worry about not making enough room for black women or women of color — is my voice taking away from their voice? Should I speak here or just create space here? I don’t always know the answer, but I think it’s important that we are asking those questions and trying to use our voices in appropriate ways.
