I think we can have grace for ourselves and other women (living in a patriarchal system with impossible beauty standards is HARD) while also critically examining this issue. We can’t be expected to be the ones who solve this (it is the system into which we were born), but we can challenge it with honest, compassionate, nonjudgmental conversation. ❤
