I think we still have a lot of work to do to get past this issue, in general. To this day, my friend Frank (who is in his 70s) still goes off about how worried he is that people will see him as a perverted old man. Because he’s still interested in sex. Heaven forbid, right?

A lot of it is ageism and then there’s issues around women not feeling safe in this culture which is a much bigger issue and not the average older man’s fault, of course… Very complicated.
