I was just talking to a friend about this today. I started here 2.5 years ago, built up, then came back down (in earnings) in October 2020. For the past year, I have made about the same amount that I made monthly when I first started here. I grow by about 1K followers each month and am about to hit 20K but my views never grow. I hit the same averages month after month.

My friend said, very simply: Doesn't seem like you're making any progress there after all that time and effort. What's the point?
