I've actually been seriously considering she/they, lately for a number of reasons. And I've noticed for several years now that it's so important to acknowledge gender identity. I used to work in schools and in nonprofits that served teens, and their identity is so important. We always paid attention to pronouns.

I have noticed that cis men rarely acknowledge pronouns. Thank you for writing this and bringing attention to it. <3
