Love this. I love your point about libido. I feel like women are brainwashed to 1) believe lack of sex drive is our "biological" disinterest in sex (particularly as we age, which is BS) and 2) to never acknowledge the amount of labor we do in a partnership that might actually be the cause of low sex drive because heaven forbid we validate women's experience and work/emotional load. I'm so glad your co-worker had you in this moment. You're brilliant.
