Matthew, I can relate to this so much. And it will never end! :) The tasks that need completing, the merry-go-round that keeps spinning, the hamster wheel of life…

But I try to use that knowledge to give myself permission to rest. The treadmill will keep going with or without me. Might as well take a break from time to time. ;)
