Oh yes. Again, I can relate to all of this. I experienced mania when I was on Zoloft and my doctor didn't believe me. I ended up stopping it without supervision and suffered through months of hardship on my own after that.

Every bit is a slow walk. A stumble. A fall. It's still progress. It's still action. But god, it is so frustrating.
