One of the best points here is the part about people who haven’t even been in therapy before. I’ve found those are the people most likely to criticize me for pursuing this route. I feel like that should be a logical, hard limit for EVERYONE. If you haven’t been in therapy, you’re not allowed to criticize anyone who IS on their own healing journey with a therapist.
