Reverse racism doesn't take into effect the power dynamics. It's not racism for an oppressed race to hate their oppressor because of the oppression. The power dynamic MUST be taken into account. (This goes for sexism, too.)

It drives me NUTS when people yell "Reverse racism!" (or "Reverse sexism!"). There just is no such thing!
