That is absolutely horrifying! OMG. I’m so glad he was okay. This is why the boat thing is so complicated for me. I don’t mind sharing the waters with fishermen (the old school kind) because they want to catch fish and therefore, they are slow and quiet. But then there are all the other kinds of boats that I find intrusive and dangerous. I’m dismayed to hear that fishermen are now upleveling their horsepower. Ugh.
