That is wonderful. I’m so glad to hear it.

I struggle with what to call myself at this point — I still have the choice and am not choosing it, which implies childfree, but I wanted it very much pre-40 and therefore, childless. My friends who call themselves childfree do not share the grief that I have, so I tend to use childless. Not in a way to diminish myself, but just to acknowledge my grief.

It’ll be interesting to see how I evolve in that over time.
