That’s what’s so fascinating. We found out that it’s not so lonely to surround ourselves with people who can see our humanity. It’s so ingrained in so many men to see us as objects and someone to perform certain functions. It’s not entirely their fault — this is deep social conditioning. But this loneliness crisis, this exodus of women leaving marriage and the dating market should be a major wake-up call. Instead, we’re using it to continue the narrative that women exist to serve men’s needs.
