This is 100% right on. I firmly believe that we cannot outrun the toxicity of the culture in which we were born. I think it's impossible to be a man born in a patriarchy who doesn't harbor deeply embedded sexism and misogyny. And there is no way that white people born into a white supremacy don't have some kind of internalized racism.

#5 is EVERYTHING. I think that is one of the biggest obstacles to uprooting white supremacy that we face today. Privilege blinds you and so few people are willing to examine that blindness with a determined exploration.
