This is a really beautiful comment, Tom. I’m grateful for all the men who have looked back and had these moments of realization of how differently the female body is treated.

And you are absolutely right about the indoctrination. It happens to all of us. We women are taught to cover up and be afraid of showing any hint of breast — as if we can actually hide them! And men are absolutely taught to hyper-sexualize them. It’s definitely a cultural indoctrination.
