I’m actually working on a piece about revenge porn because I am so disgusted by our culture’s response about it. To blame the women who are involved? That’s insane. I have a ton of naked photos on my computer and my ex had a ton of them, too. I was lucky — his new girlfriend probably deleted them all when she went through his stuff and trashed everything of mine, LOL. But I have no regrets about that and never would because I should be able to send raunchy photos to my lover if I want, without being later accused of complicity in the case that he chose to publicly share them. I mean come on!

I also noticed that the last time I wrote a comment defending a woman who had also been victimized in this way, I got some of the most violent hate responses I’ve ever gotten. All from men stating that it was the woman’s fault that this happened. It’s absolute bullshit.

I am so sorry you had to go through this. I cannot imagine. ❤
