This is INCREDIBLE and brought tears to my eyes. It's exactly how I feel and I'm 45 years old for god's sake.

If I may offer one counter-point: I want to challenge women's (including my own) eagerness to take responsibility for not being more vocal or focused on our own pleasure, for not prioritizing that. We were not only not taught to do that, but actively discouraged from doing that in this culture. Up until very recently, I used to say the very same thing, but now I think: Fuck that. The deck was 100% stacked against us. We shouldn't have to take ANY responsibility in that.

Anyways...that's just my theory. :) And it doesn't really matter because this piece is BRILLIANT.
