This is my region of the world, as you probably know, so I heard about this and am DISGUSTED. BLM and LGBTQ is NOT about politics. There is NOTHING political about it. It is about human rights. Period. Makes me sick that people are still pulling this excuse.

It's heavily discouraged to have religious paraphernalia in public schools, as we all know, but in the red areas of the PNW, it is very common to find Christian symbols, Biblical quotes, and religious knickknacks EVERYWHERE in classrooms. As a teacher, I brought this up many times, in protest. But this little "look the other way" rule still persists.

And yet some school districts won't allow displays of human rights. Total hypocriscy.
