True. Although I think men have a lot of cultural clout, which I think trickles upward in ways that affect laws and policies. And I’m trying to understand who is putting these men into power? There are a LOT of them in the government. Who voted for them? White conservative men? White conservative women? The point is: there are enough people who share their values that they got into office, which says a lot about why we’re in this position. Ugh, it’s just a mess, isn’t it?
