Ultimately, I think the answer lies in creating a culture more supportive of men’s emotions (because I think the sexual frustration of an incel is not the same thing as wanting more sex), as well as creating a culture that encourages healthy, safe, consensual, equitable sexual relations. Our sex negative, misogynistic, homophobic culture is about as opposite as it can be from that. No wonder people are lonely and we aren’t having more sex.
