We have a massive homeless crisis in our state due to outrageous inflation in the housing market and I watched the candidates this year talk about it - many said, "We need to bring in help, like law enforcement." Of course, what they mean is disband the homeless camp, kick them out of the downtown and wealthy neighborhoods, and basically get rid of them or push them further out. They don't actually give a damn about helping them or fixing the problem that caused this in the first place.
