We have to make sure to always position women as desperate and needy, constantly seeking male validation. If we changed this narrative, the whole system would start to crumble. It’s really laughable, though, because yes, we are all looking to generate attention for our work. Men, too. But men get to be “experts” looking to “share their wisdom,” while we’re just “desperate for attention.” LOL.
