As you can imagine, I haven’t been 100% sure on any of this, but felt pretty confident that it was illegal for him to do that without a warrant. And yes on the lawsuit — I figured that would be the only way to move forward, but I don’t want to put myself through that, nor do I have the money to do so. I feel sure they expected me to back down at every point — hence the aggression and constant delays.

I don’t care much about the photo. As you mentioned, I figured anyone could take a photo, so it’s not a big deal. But damn, I want to know why he did it and where that photo is living now. (Is there a file on me somewhere?)
