YES on all of this. People love pulling the "reverse racism" card (just like the "reverse sexism" card) because the dictionary is racist and sexist. Its definitions of these two words conveniently does not include the power dynamic - and without the power dynamic, these concepts lose their true meaning. So no, there is no "reverse racism."

And so true, we cannot escape white supremacy when we were born into it. The work of undoing that within ourselves will last a lifetime.
