You are right that there are many nuances to this. But let’s be clear, NO ONE is talking about third trimester abortions and the propaganda around that needs to STOP. No state in the country allows abortions after 24 weeks. NONE. Except for extreme emergencies. That seems like a fair and compassionate limit, and no one is arguing against that. The idea that a woman would go through, say, 36 weeks of pregnancy and only then decide to get an abortion is absurd.

Being pro-choice doesn’t mean you support lifting ALL restrictions on abortion, whatsoever. In fact, being pro-choice doesn’t even mean you are pro-abortion.
